2 cups cooked white rice (preferably cooled)
½ cucumber, diced
½ cup ham, diced
½ cup mixed diced vegetables (e.g., corn, carrot, peas)
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp bibimbap seaweed, crumbled
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Small seaweed sheets (for decoration)
1 tsp white sesame seeds
Sauce:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce (ketchup)
1️⃣ Prepare Rice Mixture
In a large bowl, add rice, diced cucumber, ham, vegetables, shredded cheese, seaweed, black pepper, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.
2️⃣ Shape the Rice Balls
Scoop a handful of the rice mixture into a mold (or shape by hand). Press firmly to form a compact triangle. Wrap a small strip of seaweed around the bottom.
3️⃣ Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and tomato sauce until smooth.
4️⃣ Air Fry the Rice Balls
Place the rice balls in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the prepared glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5️⃣ Cook
Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy.
6️⃣ Serve
