- 50g black sesame seeds
- 30g walnut candy (or crushed walnuts with sugar)

Prepare the Dough:
- Dissolve sugar in warm water. Gradually pour this into the glutinous rice flour while stirring to form a smooth dough.
- Knead the dough until soft and pliable.

Roll Out the Dough:
- Brush a sheet of parchment paper with a light layer of oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the dough on the paper and roll it out into a thin rectangle.

Prepare the Filling:
- Toast black sesame seeds lightly in a dry pan until aromatic. Crush them finely using a grinder or mortar and pestle.
- Mix the crushed sesame with finely chopped walnut candy to create the filling.

Assemble the Rolls:
- Spread the sesame-walnut filling evenly across the rolled-out dough.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log, ensuring it is tight and firm.

Shape and Fry:
- Cut the rolled log into equal pieces (around 2-inch slices).
- Heat a non-stick pan with a thin layer of oil over low heat.
- Fry each roll until golden brown on all sides, ensuring a crispy exterior.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
