- 170ml warm water

- In a mixing bowl, combine 300g flour, 3g yeast powder, 15g sugar, and 170ml warm water. Stir using chopsticks until a rough dough forms.
- Add 15g black sesame powder and knead the dough by hand until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm area to rise until it doubles in size (about 1 hour).

- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
