70g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
20g broccoli florets
15g carrot
1 egg white
(Optional: A few drops of low-sodium soy sauce for babies over 1 year old)
Prep the Veggies
Blanch the broccoli and carrots briefly in boiling water until slightly softened. Drain, then finely chop them into small bits suitable for baby bites.
Make the Shrimp Paste
Add the shrimp and egg white to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and paste-like.
Combine the Mix
In a bowl, combine the shrimp paste with the chopped vegetables. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated. You may optionally add a dash of soy sauce if preparing for toddlers over one year old.
Pour and Shape
Transfer the mixture into a shallow dish or mold, spreading it evenly. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
Steam
Steam over cold water for 15 minutes until the mixture is fully set and cooked through.
Cool and Cut
Let it cool slightly, then cut into small, baby-friendly cubes.
Serve
Serve warm or room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
