Mushrooms 20g
White radish 100g
Pork 40g
Corn starch 15g
Green onions (optional)
Baby soy sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Blanch the shredded white radish until soft, then remove and squeeze out the excess water.
Blanch and finely chop the mushrooms.
Finely chop the green onions.
Add the minced pork to an oiled pan and fry until it changes color.
Add the chopped mushrooms and green onions to the pork, stir well, and add a small amount of baby soy sauce if using.
Pour the fried pork mixture into the shredded radish.
Add cornstarch to the bowl and stir everything together evenly.
Knead the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
Place the balls onto a steaming tray.
Boil water and steam the meatballs for 10 minutes until fully cooked and tender. Serve warm.
