Coat with Millet
Roll each meatball in pre-soaked raw millet until evenly coated.
Steam the Balls
Place the millet-covered meatballs into a steamer and steam for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Serve
Let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Enjoy warm as a nutritious snack or light meal.
