In a non-stick pan, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, corn oil, milk, and corn starch. Mix well.
Cook the Mixture:
Place the pan over low heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens into a smooth, sticky dough.
Shape the Balls:
Let the dough cool slightly, then divide and shape it into bite-sized balls.
Make the Coating:
In a separate pan, stir-fry soybean powder with black sesame seeds and a small amount of sugar over low heat until aromatic.
Coat the Rice Balls:
Roll each dough ball in the roasted coating mixture until evenly covered.
Serve & Enjoy:
Serve immediately or store in a sealed container. These are best enjoyed fresh for the softest, chewiest texture.
