  • 30g raisins

Instructions:

  2. Prepare the Sesame Powder:

    • Grind toasted black sesame seeds into powder and set aside.
  3. Mix the Dry Ingredients:

    • Combine black rice flour, sesame powder, wheat flour, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Add sugar.
  4. Create the Dough:

    • Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and knead into a smooth, pliable dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Prepare the Filling:

    • Mix chopped walnuts, red dates, and raisins in a bowl.
  6. Shape the Rolls:

    • Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle the filling evenly across the surface.
