Gently press the dough ball slightly flat. Use a knife or toothpick to score shallow vertical lines around the ball, resembling a pumpkin.
Decorate
Press a goji berry into the top center of each bun to mimic a pumpkin stem.
Steam
Place buns on parchment paper in a steamer. Steam over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.
Serve
Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best soft and chewy texture!
