30g cornstarch
80g dragon fruit juice (freshly blended)

Instructions:
Prepare the Dragon Fruit Juice – Blend fresh dragon fruit until smooth to make juice.
Mix Base Ingredients – In a clean small pot (no oil), combine milk, dragon fruit juice, and cornstarch. Stir well until fully dissolved.
Cook Until Thick – Place the pot over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a texture slightly thicker than yogurt.
Set the Shape – Pour the thickened mixture into a mold and let it cool at room temperature until firm.
Cut & Coat – Once set, remove from the mold, cut into bite-sized cubes, and roll each piece in shredded coconut.
Chill & Serve – For best taste, refrigerate until cold. Enjoy as a refreshing dessert that’s creamy, fruity, and coconutty!
