150g raw peanuts
40g unsalted butter
160g marshmallows
85g milk powder
25g black sesame seeds
10g white sesame seeds
Step 1: Roast the Peanuts
Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F). Roast the peanuts for 20 minutes. Allow them to cool, then peel and lightly crush.
Step 2: Melt the Base
In a non-stick pan, melt butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until almost fully melted.
Step 3: Add Milk Powder
Stir in the milk powder and mix until it becomes a smooth, sticky dough-like texture. Turn off the heat.
Step 4: Mix in Nuts and Seeds
Immediately add the roasted peanuts, black sesame seeds, and white sesame seeds to the mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
Step 5: Shape the Candy
Transfer the mixture onto wax paper. Use a scraper or rolling pin to flatten and shape it into a rectangular block.
Step 6: Cool and Cut
Let the block cool completely at room temperature. Once firm, cut into bite-sized rectangles or squares. Store in an airtight container.
