1. Prepare the vegetables:

2. Make the shrimp paste:
Add shrimp and egg white into a food processor. Blend until the texture is smooth and paste-like.
3. Mix the ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp paste, chopped vegetables, and cornstarch. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
4. Transfer to piping bag:
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag to prepare for shaping.
5. Heat the pan:
Lightly brush a non-stick pan with oil and set it over low heat.
6. Form and cook the rings:
Pipe the shrimp paste in small circle shapes directly into the pan. Fry over low heat until the bottoms are golden brown.
7. Flip and finish cooking:
Carefully turn over each ring and continue frying until both sides are golden and the centers are cooked through.
8. Cool and serve:
Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving. Soft, flavorful, and irresistibly cute!
