Hand grasp pancake (or pre-made flatbread)

Prepare the Wrapping Dough:
Lay out a piece of hand grasp pancake and cut it into long triangle-shaped strips, as shown in the first image.
Add the Filling:
Place one segment of mini sausage or ham on the wide end of each strip.
Wrap It Up:
Roll each piece tightly from the wide end to the narrow tip. Repeat with all pieces.
Brush and Sprinkle:
Transfer the rolls to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each roll with egg wash and generously sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top.
Air Fry to Perfection:
Place in an air fryer and cook at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes or until the surface turns golden brown and crisp.
Serve and Enjoy:
Let cool slightly, then serve warm. These make a perfect snack, appetizer, or bento addition.
