200g marshmallows
30g unsalted butter
30g milk powder
10g matcha powder
80g mini biscuits or crackers
50g freeze-dried strawberries
30g almonds (or other nuts)
Optional: 20g dried cranberries or raisins
Melt the Base
In a large non-stick pan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and fluffy like a cloud.
Add the Powders
Turn off the heat. Immediately add in the milk powder and matcha powder. Stir quickly until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
Add the Dry Mix-ins
Pour in the almonds, freeze-dried strawberries, biscuits, and any additional dried fruit. Mix thoroughly to coat everything evenly.
Shape and Cool
Transfer the sticky mixture into a parchment-lined container or mold. Press down evenly to flatten and compact the mixture. Let it cool completely at room temperature.
Slice and Serve
Once fully set, cut into bite-sized bars. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate for firmer texture.
