150g glutinous rice flour
20g cornstarch
20g sugar
200g milk

Grease the Molds
Brush your silicone or metal molds with a thin layer of oil to prevent sticking.
Pour and Steam
Pour the batter into the greased molds, filling them about 80% full. Place them in a steamer and steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Cool and Serve
Let the mochi cakes cool slightly before removing from molds. Garnish with a few extra red beans or dried osmanthus flowers for a fragrant touch if desired.
