200g steamed yam (peeled and mashed into puree)

Spread spoonfuls of batter into the pan and flatten slightly. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top for flavor and crunch.
Fry to Golden Perfection:
Cook on both sides until golden brown and slightly crisp—about 2–3 minutes per side. Adjust heat to prevent burning.
Cool and Serve:
Let them cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized squares. Enjoy warm or pack into snack containers for later.
