500g potatoes (peeled)
75g cornstarch

Instructions:
Prepare Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and steam until fully cooked. Mash them into a smooth consistency in a large mixing bowl.
Season: Add salt, chopped parsley (optional), and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
Form Dough: Add cornstarch to the potato mixture. Knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms.
Shape Sticks: Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into long, thin strips. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, mix corn oil with chili powder (or cumin powder) in a 1:1 ratio. Brush evenly over the potato sticks.
Bake: Preheat oven to 185°C (365°F). Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve: Enjoy hot, with ketchup for dipping if desired.
