Ingredients:
6–8 hand-grasping pancakes (puff pastry sheets)
6–8 mini sausages
1 egg yolk (for brushing)
Optional toppings: ketchup, mayonnaise
Instructions:
Prepare the Base: Thaw the hand-grasping pancake sheets. Roll each sheet tightly into a log shape, then cut into small rectangular sections.
Prepare the Sausages: Slice each sausage lightly across the top to create shallow cuts, allowing them to cook evenly and absorb flavor.
Assemble the Puff Bites: Place a sausage on top of each pastry rectangle. Brush the edges and surface of the pastry with beaten egg yolk to achieve a golden finish.
Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the assembled bites in the basket, leaving space between each piece.
Cook to Perfection: Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping each piece halfway to ensure even browning.
Serve: Allow them to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with ketchup and mayonnaise for added flavor if desired.
