50g white sesame seeds
100g peeled roasted peanuts
80g chopped red dates

Scoop small portions of the mixture and form them into flat, round discs on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake the First Side:
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 8 minutes.
Flip and Finish Baking:
Carefully flip each cluster and bake for another 5 minutes until golden, glossy, and slightly crispy on both sides.
Cool and Serve:
Let them cool to room temperature so they become crisp. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
