90g rolled oats
60ml milk

Place the oats in a bowl and pour in enough 100°C hot water to cover. Soak for 5 minutes until soft.
Mix Ingredients:
Add milk, one egg, and a pinch of black sesame seeds to the soaked oats. Stir everything together until well combined.
Pan-Fry:
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan. Pour in the oat mixture and spread it evenly into a pancake shape.
Cook:
Fry over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Then carefully flip and continue frying the other side until golden brown.
Slice and Serve:
Remove from the pan, cut into slices like a pizza, and serve warm. Enjoy as a nutritious breakfast or a savory snack!
