For the filling:
Minced pork

For the coating:
3 tablespoons starch
1 egg
½ bowl of water (mixed evenly)

Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, combine minced pork with chopped green onion, garlic, 1 egg, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly until evenly mixed. Set aside to marinate.
Prepare the Mushroom Wrappers:
Slice the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise into thin, flat strips.
Assemble the Rolls:
Take one mushroom strip and spread a layer of pork filling on top. Roll it up tightly to form a bite-sized roll. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Make the Starch Batter:
In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of starch, 1 egg, and half a bowl of water until smooth.
Coat and Fry:
Dip each pork roll into the starch batter, ensuring full coverage. Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Fry the rolls slowly until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve:
Plate the crispy rolls and serve hot. Optionally, sprinkle with dried parsley or chili powder for extra flavor.
