100g rolled oats
2 eggs
1 tablespoon honey
Milk (as needed, added gradually)
Optional: black sesame seeds or nuts for topping
Combine the Base Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, add 100g of rolled oats. Crack in 2 eggs and drizzle in 1 tablespoon of honey.
Add Milk Gradually
Pour in a small amount of milk and mix. Add more milk in increments until the mixture is moist but not too runny. The consistency should be sticky and hold its shape.
Mix Evenly
Stir the mixture thoroughly until well combined and evenly coated.
Shape the Cookies
Scoop out portions with your hands or a spoon and press into round cookie shapes. Optionally sprinkle with black sesame seeds or chopped nuts on top.
Air Fry the Cookies
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place the shaped oat cookies inside.
Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and Serve
Let the oat bites cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
