1 cup corn kernels (boiled and drained)
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
Optional: black sesame seeds for topping
Boil the Corn Kernels:
Boil fresh or frozen corn kernels in water until fully cooked, then drain and let cool.
Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled corn with 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of flour. Stir well to coat all the kernels evenly.
Preheat & Line Air Fryer:
Line your air fryer basket with silicone parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Shape the Corn Mixture:
Pour the corn mixture onto the lined air fryer tray and flatten it evenly. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top if using.
Air Fry:
Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve:
Cut into slices or break apart by hand. Enjoy warm as a crunchy snack or side dish.
