Cheese slices – 1 slice per egg (cut in half)

Boil the Eggs
Place eggs in a pot with cold water and bring to a boil.
Cook for 5 minutes, then transfer immediately to cold water to cool.
Once cooled, peel off the shells.

Place a boiled egg on top and roll tightly, fully wrapping the egg.

Lay bacon slices flat, cut into rectangles if necessary.
Wrap the cheese-covered egg in bacon, ensuring full coverage.
Wrap with Pancake
Trim the edges of the hand-pulled pancake to make a neat sheet.
Roll the pancake around the bacon-wrapped egg, tightening and sealing the ends.
Deep Fry
Heat oil to medium-low (about 60% heat).
Fry the wrapped eggs until golden and crispy, turning as needed for even cooking.
Remove and drain excess oil.
Serve
Slice in half for a beautiful cross-section.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
Serve hot and enjoy the gooey, cheesy center with the crispy outer shell.
