White bread (edges trimmed)
Luncheon meat or ham slices

Prep the Bread:
Trim the edges off the slices of white bread and cut them into small rectangles, roughly palm-sized.
Add Sauce:
Spread a thin layer of your favorite sauce (such as ketchup or mayo) on one side of each bread piece.
Layer the Fillings:
Place a slice of luncheon meat or ham on top of the sauce, followed by a slice of cheese.
Top & Assemble:
Cover each layered toast with another slice of bread to form a mini sandwich.
Wrap in Bacon:
Wrap each toast sandwich with a strip of bacon, securing it snugly across the center.
Season & Egg Wash:
Lightly brush the surface with beaten egg and sprinkle some crushed black pepper for added flavor.
Air Fry:
Place the wrapped toasts in the air fryer. Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 8 minutes. Flip them over and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese starts to ooze out.
Serve Hot:
Let cool slightly before serving. These are best enjoyed warm while the cheese is still melty!
