100g milk
20g butter
20g white sugar
130g glutinous rice flour
30g egg liquid (added in 2 portions)
Dried cranberries (as desired)
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, butter, white sugar, dried cranberries, and glutinous rice flour. Stir until evenly mixed.
Add half of the egg liquid, mix well, then add the remaining egg liquid and stir until smooth.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag.
Pipe small mounds of dough onto a parchment-lined tray, shaping them as you like.
Preheat the air fryer to 155°C (311°F) and bake for 8 minutes.
Increase the temperature to 160°C (320°F) and bake for an additional 5 minutes until lightly golden.
Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
