300g all-purpose flour
3g salt
10g corn oil
160g warm water

Make the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine 300g flour, 3g salt, 10g corn oil, and 160g warm water. Knead into a smooth, non-sticky dough.
Rest the Dough:
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it relax for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Shape the Dough:
Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll each piece into an elongated oval shape resembling a "cow tongue."
Add Sugar and Seal:
Sprinkle a layer of sugar over each rolled piece. Fold and seal the dough lengthwise to trap the sugar inside.
Final Shaping:
Roll the sealed dough lightly to flatten. Place seam side down. Brush the top with sugar water and sprinkle black sesame seeds evenly.
Air Fry:
Place the rolls into an air fryer. Cook at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm and fluffy!
