Ingredients:
Soft sandwich buns or milk buns
Ketchup
Frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
Diced ham
Shredded cheese
Whole eggs
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Buns: Slice off the tops of the buns if needed. Gently dig a hollow center in each bun using your fingers or a spoon.
Add Ketchup: Brush the hollowed center with ketchup for a tangy base.
Layer the Filling: Fill each bun with a spoonful of mixed diced vegetables. Add a layer of diced ham on top.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the filling.
Top with an Egg: Crack one whole egg over the top of each bun, letting the yolk sit in the center.
Season & Brush: Sprinkle black pepper over the egg. Lightly brush egg liquid around the edges of the bun for color.
Bake: Air fry or bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes, until the egg is set and the cheese is golden.
Serve Warm: Enjoy as a delicious and filling breakfast or brunch dish!
