Ingredients:
2 cups steamed rice
2 tbsp chopped seaweed
4 tbsp meat floss
4 slices of bacon
4 slices of cheese
4 seaweed strips (for wrapping)
A little water (for sealing)
Instructions:
Prepare the Rice: In a mixing bowl, combine steamed rice with chopped seaweed and mix thoroughly.
Shape the Rice Balls: Take a small portion of the rice mixture, flatten slightly, and place a spoonful of meat floss in the center. Gently shape it into a ball, making sure the filling is fully enclosed.
Wrap with Cheese and Bacon: Lay a slice of cheese on top of a strip of bacon, then wrap the rice ball tightly with the bacon and cheese layer.
Secure with Seaweed: Wrap a strip of seaweed around the middle of the roll. Dip the ends of the seaweed in water and pinch to seal firmly.
Pan-Fry: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the wrapped rice rolls seam-side down and fry until the bacon is lightly browned and crispy on all sides.
Serve: Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
