Fry Until Golden: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the rice cakes and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Finish & Serve: Remove from the pan, sprinkle generously with soybean powder, and serve warm for the ultimate gooey-cheese experience.
