200g lean ground meat
1 egg white
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch (or potato starch)
A small piece of broccoli
2–3 whole eggs (for egg wraps)
Prepare the Meat Filling
In a bowl, mix ground lean meat with 1 egg white, soy sauce, starch, and salt. Stir thoroughly until it becomes a smooth paste.
Prep the Broccoli
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water briefly, then finely chop and set aside.
Make Egg Pancakes
Beat whole eggs and spread them in a lightly oiled pan over low heat. Cook gently until set into thin pancakes. Remove and let cool.
Assemble the Rolls
Place a cooled egg pancake flat. Evenly spread a layer of meat paste on top, then sprinkle chopped broccoli over the meat.
Roll and Steam
Gently roll up the pancake with the filling inside. Steam the rolls for 20 minutes until fully cooked.
Slice and Serve
Once cooled slightly, slice the rolls into spirals. Serve warm or pack as a colorful snack.
