Ingredients:
80g rice oil (or any light vegetable oil)
40g powdered sugar
1 egg
200g low-gluten flour
1g baking soda
4g baking powder
2g salt and pepper powder
30g cooked black sesame seeds
1 egg yolk (for brushing)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, powdered sugar, and rice oil. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves.
Add low-gluten flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and pepper powder. Mix into a dough.
Add cooked black sesame seeds and mix until evenly distributed.
Divide the dough into small portions (about 16g each). Roll into balls, flatten slightly.
Place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush the tops with egg yolk for a glossy finish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes, or until golden and cracked on top.
