1 ripe banana
20ml milk
Dumpling wrappers (round)

Seal the Dumpling:
Place a second wrapper on top. Use a fork to press around the edges and seal it shut.
Create the Sunflower Shape:
Use kitchen scissors to cut small notches around the sealed edge, shaping it like sunflower petals.
Decorate:
Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish. Sprinkle a few black sesame seeds in the center to mimic sunflower seeds.
Air Fry:
Place the pastries in an air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve:
Let them cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with mayo or ketchup for extra flavor if desired.
