200g shrimp paste (minced raw shrimp)
40g carrot (diced)

1/4 tsp black pepper

In a bowl, combine shrimp paste, diced carrots, corn, peas, and black pepper.
Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
Assemble the Rolls:
Lay out one bacon slice, place a cheese slice on top.
Scoop a spoonful of shrimp mixture onto the center.
Carefully roll the bacon and cheese around the filling, securing the roll tightly.
Air Fry:
Place the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
Optional: Spray with a little oil for extra crispiness.
Air fry at 230°C (450°F) for about 10 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the filling is cooked through.
Serve:
Let cool slightly, then serve warm. Garnish with herbs if desired.
