Ingredients:
160g warm water
3g yeast powder
2g salt
8g oil
200g high-gluten flour
50g sausage, diced
6–8 cherry tomatoes, halved
30g shredded cheese
A handful of spinach, chopped
Extra flour for dusting
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, salt, and oil. Stir until the yeast dissolves.
Add high-gluten flour and mix until no dry flour remains.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Stretch & Rest
Dip your hands in water and gently stretch the dough.
Cover and let it rest for another 20 minutes.
Repeat the stretch-and-rest process two more times (a total of three stretches).
Add Fillings
Place sausage, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and spinach on the dough.
Fold the dough over to wrap the ingredients inside.
First Fermentation
Place the dough in a warm place, cover, and ferment for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Shape the Loaves
Sprinkle flour on a clean board.
Turn the dough out, dust with flour, and gently shape it into a rectangle.
Divide into 4 equal portions and twist each slightly for a decorative shape.
Second Fermentation
Arrange the twisted dough pieces in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake
Preheat the air fryer to 185°C (365°F).
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best flavor and texture!
