Ingredients:
Button mushrooms (stems removed)
Shrimp paste (seasoned)
Sauce: soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, water (mixed)
Instructions:
Prepare the Sauce:
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and a bit of water until smooth. Set aside.
Stuff the Mushrooms:
Clean the mushrooms and remove stems. Fill each cap generously with seasoned shrimp paste.
Air Fry (First Round):
Place stuffed mushrooms into an air fryer. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.
Glaze & Finish:
Remove from the fryer, brush each mushroom with the sauce. Return to the air fryer and bake for another 5 minutes until glazed and golden.
Serve:
Optionally, sprinkle with herbs or sesame seeds. Serve hot on skewers or as finger food.
