500ml pure milk
20g white sugar
70g white jelly powder (or homemade jelly powder)
1 dragon fruit (peeled & diced)
1️⃣ Prepare the dragon fruit: Peel the dragon fruit and dice it into small cubes. Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the jelly base: In a clean pot (no oil), add 500ml pure milk, 20g white sugar, and 70g white jelly powder. Stir well and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
3️⃣ Add fruit: Turn off the heat. Pour in the diced dragon fruit and stir evenly until the mixture takes on a beautiful pink color.
4️⃣ Set the jelly: Pour the mixture into a rectangular container or mold. Allow it to cool at room temperature until it solidifies.
5️⃣ Slice & serve: Once fully set, remove from the mold, cut into neat squares, and enjoy chilled for best taste!
