100g fresh corn kernels
80ml formula milk (or milk of choice)
2 eggs
A small amount of food supplement oil (for greasing)
Blend Corn & Milk:
In a food processor, combine the corn kernels and formula milk. Blend until smooth to create corn juice.
Mix with Eggs:
Beat two eggs in a mixing bowl. Strain the corn juice into the eggs to remove pulp, and stir until evenly combined.
Prepare Container:
Lightly grease your steaming container or mold with food supplement oil to prevent sticking.
Filter Again:
Strain the egg-corn mixture one more time into the prepared container to ensure smooth texture.
Steam:
Cover the container with plastic wrap, poke a few small holes, and steam over cold water for 16–20 minutes until set.
Cool & Cut:
Once cooked, let it cool completely. Remove from the mold and cut into baby-friendly bite-sized pieces.
