Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 2 scallions (chopped)
- 1 piece of ginger (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 small spoon of salt
- ½ bottle (200ml) cola
- White sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Eggs:
- Place eggs in cold water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- Peel off the shells and set the eggs aside.

Fry the Eggs:
- Heat oil in a pan and carefully add the boiled eggs.
- Fry until the surface is golden and crispy (tiger skin-like texture), then remove and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics:
- In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté scallions and ginger until fragrant.

Prepare the Sauce:
- Add the fried eggs back into the pan.
- Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Stir well.
- Add half a bottle of cola to the pan.

Simmer and Glaze:
- Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Continuously spoon the sauce over the eggs to coat them evenly.

Finish the Dish:
- Increase the heat to reduce the sauce until it thickens and glazes the eggs.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions and white sesame seeds.
