  • 200g chicken breast (minced)
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 3 grams of starch (divided)
  • 50g shiitake mushrooms (fresh or soaked, finely chopped)
  • 50g carrots (finely chopped)
  • Water for steaming

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Add ginger slices, soy sauce, and 1 gram of starch to the chicken. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Blanch the shiitake mushrooms and carrots in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
    • Squeeze out the excess water and finely chop both the mushrooms and carrots.
  3. Combine Ingredients:

    • Add the chopped mushrooms, carrots, and remaining starch to the chicken. Mix until the mixture becomes cohesive and easy to shape.
