Cooking Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • Add the flour, dried cranberries, and black sesame seeds. Stir with a spatula until all ingredients are combined, and no dry powder remains.
  2. First Fermentation:

    • Cover the dough with a cloth and place it in a warm area. Let it ferment for 1–2 hours until it doubles in size.
  3. Shape the Loaves:

    • Sprinkle some flour on your work surface and divide the dough into two equal parts.
    • Roll each portion flat with a rolling pin, then roll it up tightly from top to bottom. Pinch and shape the edges to form a loaf.
  4. Second Fermentation:

    • Place the shaped loaves onto a baking sheet or directly into a fryer pan lined with parchment paper. Allow them to ferment for another 20 minutes in a warm place.
  5. Bake the Loaves:

    • Preheat your air fryer or oven to 150°C (300°F).
    • Bake the loaves for 20 minutes, then carefully turn them over and bake for an additional 12 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  6. Cool and Slice:
