Ingredients

For the Beef Marinade:
- 500g beef, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- Chili powder (to taste)
- Cumin (to taste)
- White sesame seeds (for garnish)

For the Wraps:
- Dumpling wrappers
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions

Marinate the Beef:
- Place the beef cubes in a mixing bowl.
- Add minced ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Mix well to coat the beef evenly.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Bake the Beef:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Arrange the marinated beef cubes on the tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Add Seasoning:
- Remove the cooked beef from the oven.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, and white sesame seeds on top.
- Set aside.

Prepare the Dumpling Wrappers:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Cook the dumpling wrappers until golden brown and puffed on both sides.

Assemble the Wraps:
- Place a lettuce leaf on each cooked dumpling wrapper.
- Add a generous portion of seasoned beef cubes.
- Wrap and serve immediately.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
